This course holds a sacred, compassionate, caring space for wholesome sensuality. We’ll boost libido with holistic ancient wisdom for body-mind health. Don’t worry—there will be NO twerking, sex toys, or unsavory discussions.
Yes, all 6 virtual sessions will be recorded and available to watch on demand. Recordings will be posted to the course platform 24-48 hours after the live session. Recordings and other course materials will be available to participants until March 15, 2025.
Expect to spend 3-5 hours each week on assignments. The 2 weekly recipes should take around 1 hour to prepare. Additionally, weekly libido-boosting self-care assignments may take 2-4 hours (e.g. shopping for new bed sheets and lingerie, trying aromatherapy recipes, tidying up the bedroom from unwanted clutter). Finally, daily self-care practices to boost sattva may take about 1 hour (exfoliation, oil massage, breath-work, stretching, meditation, nature time, journaling, etc.). Time well spent!
It depends on your taste and budget, but expect to invest at least $200. Superfoods, spices, herbs, oils, aromas = $150-$300. Lingerie, bedding, candles, etc. = $50-$300
Yes! Sattvic Sensuality is a course for health-conscious yogis who are already living an Ayurvedic lifestyle (seasonal diet, mindful eating, dosha-balancing self-care, etc.). If you're a yogi but new to Ayurveda, there are a few pre-requisite audio and video courses to take beforehand--email me for details.
This course is refundable until 9/19/24 (2 weeks before launch) less a $100 refund transaction fee. 50% course fee refundable 9/20-10/2/24. No refunds after 10/3/2024.
Although the course will be geared towards common peri-menopausal and menopausal experiences and concerns, all 21+ and gender identities are welcome. If you already have a regular yoga practice and Ayurvedic lifestyle, then you'll be prepared for the course curriculum. Even if you’re not in perimenopause or menopause, this course could still be for you if you’re struggling with low libido and want to feel your best in the bedroom again.

This course will focus on diet, lifestyle, self-care, exercise, and mindfulness practices that help reduce the common causes of low libido (stress, imbalanced doshas, low ojas, sleep deprivation, dehydration, etc.), while boosting sex drive with libido superfoods and wholesome lifestyle practices.
